We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping within the UK.
Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors are outside of our control.
Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If a delivery issue is reported, we will open an investigation with Royal Mail and await their findings before any further action is considered.
Orders confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail, including confirmation obtained through tracking, investigation, email, or telephone confirmation, will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
VIA TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
We do not accept responsibility for damage to external packaging, including boxes, shrink wrap, seals, or cosmetic condition issues caused during transit.
VIA TCG sells sealed trading card products for the contents inside. The packaging itself is not considered the product and is intended to be opened.
If there is an issue relating directly to the cards or contents inside a product after opening, please contact us and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or change-of-mind refunds.
This policy helps protect the integrity and authenticity of sealed trading card products.
